Denovo AI Reviews 2026: 12 Questions to Ask Before You Sign Up

Reading Denovo AI reviews is a good start. Asking the right questions is better. Denovo (denovo.dev) is an AI business builder that turns a one-line idea into a website, brand and business plan, then markets it with an AI team. Before you hand it your idea or your card, here are 12 questions worth answering, with what Denovo publishes for each.

Quick reference

  • Plans: Free $0, Build $25/mo, Launch $49/mo (recommended), Growth $199/mo.
  • Extras: ads at budget + 5%, promotional videos pay as you go, top-ups from $6.16.
  • Cancellation: cancel anytime.
  • Ownership: you retain full ownership and IP of your ideas.

Questions about cost

1. What will I really pay each month?

Start with the plan price: $0, $25, $49 or $199. Then add anything you use beyond it: your ad budget plus Denovo’s 5%, any promotional videos (pay as you go), and top-ups if you exhaust your monthly usage. A realistic monthly figure is plan + ad budget + 5% of ad budget + occasional top-ups. Prices quoted here are Denovo’s US list prices as of November 2026.

2. What does the monthly usage allowance cover?

Denovo says chat, research, documents and site work draw from it. The allowance is $2.50 on Free, $25 on Build, $49 on Launch and unlimited on one workspace of your choice with Growth. Top-ups start at $6.16 and never expire.

3. Can I leave if it isn’t working?

Denovo’s pricing page says you can cancel anytime. Before you leave, download anything you want to keep; documents can be exported as PDF, Excel and slides.

Questions about what it builds

4. What does Denovo actually produce?

According to Denovo: a business plan, a website, branding and marketing assets, wired to Stripe so you can take payments. Its pricing page also lists an AI scorecard, research and downloadable documents, and its plan summary mentions a pitch deck on Build.

5. Will the site be on my own domain?

Denovo lists “your website, live on your own domain” on Build, and a full web app on a custom domain with no badge on the paid tiers. Free gives you a website preview.

6. Who owns the work?

Denovo states you retain full ownership and IP of your ideas. If ownership of specific assets matters to your business, read Denovo’s terms before you commit.

Questions about marketing and leads

7. Does Denovo run ads for me?

On Launch and Growth, yes. The Marketing agent runs ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn and posts on Instagram and LinkedIn. You pay the ad budget plus 5%. Build doesn’t include the Marketing agent.

8. How much outreach can it send?

Cold email limits are listed as 3 a day on Build and 10 a day on Launch and Growth, to verified emails only. That’s steady, careful outreach, not mass email. For a lead generation plan, treat it as one channel among several.

9. What are “missions”?

Missions are the marketing tasks the AI team runs per business. Launch allows 3 at once; Growth allows up to 10. The pricing page mentions a Scale option with 30 missions at once and $950 of agent work a month; its price isn’t in the plan table.

Questions about fit and results

10. Is Denovo right for my kind of idea?

Denovo’s homepage examples range from software (“audit-prep software for nursing facilities”) to services (“a meal-prep service for busy parents”) and marketplaces (“a marketplace for handmade ceramics”). It also has a page aimed at consultants. The fastest way to know is a free build of your own idea. Our Denovo reviews: pros and cons breaks down who it suits best.

11. Will it make me money or get me funded?

No tool can promise either. Denovo says plainly that it gives you the business and the tools to sell, and that income depends on your idea, your market and the work you put in. Business plans and pitch materials help you prepare for investor conversations; they don’t secure funding. Denovo also notes its assessments are AI-generated estimates, not financial, legal or investment advice.

12. How much of my own time will it take?

Less than building everything yourself, but not zero. Plan to review every page, approve your messaging, set your ad budget and follow up with any leads. AI drafts still need a human owner. A useful rule of thumb: block a few hours in the first week to review and edit what Denovo produces, then a regular weekly slot to check ads, outreach and replies. If you can’t give it that time, a cheaper plan or the free tier is the better place to stay for now.

Red flags and real limits to weigh

  • Ad spend is separate and can easily exceed the plan price.
  • Outreach is capped at 10 cold emails a day on the higher tiers.
  • Videos and extra usage cost more as pay-as-you-go items.
  • AI output can be wrong. Check claims, prices and promises before anything goes live.
  • Annual cost adds up: $300 on Build, $588 on Launch and $2,388 on Growth before extras.

A simple pre-signup checklist

  • Write your idea in one specific line: customer, problem, offer.
  • Decide your monthly ceiling, including ad budget, before choosing a plan.
  • Run the free build and check the website preview line by line.
  • Confirm the plan you pick includes the feature you actually need (domain, Marketing agent, outreach volume).
  • Read Denovo’s terms and privacy pages.
  • Set a review date, such as 30 days, to decide whether to keep paying.

Where to get answers we didn’t cover

Denovo lists a contact address (hello@denovo.dev), a forum and a Discord community on its site. Ask your specific questions there before upgrading, especially about terms, data and refunds.

Our take

Denovo AI reviews only go so far; your own questions decide the fit. If the answers above work for your budget and your idea, the low-risk next step is the free first build, then Build or Launch depending on whether you want the AI doing your marketing.
